With more than 35 years of executive leadership experience, George has built a distinguished career spanning numerous industries. Leading both publicly traded and privately held companies, George's personal work history includes mobile ticketing, energy, real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, construction, aviation, and childcare business with operations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Africa and elsewhere around the world.

George served as CFO and Director of a PropTech listing aggregation company, President of a waste oil re-refinery, and EVP of a Canadian construction materials distribution company growing its business to more than $300M in revenues with targeted acquisitions across North America.

George has served as the Director of M&A for a TSXV listed childcare company and was the founder of a restaurant group bringing a famed US operation to Canada. As the President and CEO of a revolutionary online ticketing business, George took the company public after first establishing the now multi-billion dollar global secondary re-sale marketplace revolutionizing the sporting and live events industry.

Celebrated for his strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive, George earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and resides in Calgary, AB.
